A 1938 presentational dish awarded to Gino Colaussi by the Italian Football Association for participation in the World Cup Finals, the lobed silvered dish with scroll border upon circular foot ring, engraved F.I.G.C., 4.5 x 25.5 cm, weight: 300 gms, untested, minor surface scratching Gino Colaussi scored in both the quarter and semi-finalS, also scoring two goals in the 4-2 win over Hungary in the Final. Each player was presented with the dishes by the Italian Prime Minster Benito Mussolini at a ceremony in Rome.
