Phillip Bennett OBE (b. 1948) was a former Welsh International Rugby Union fly half who between 1969 and 1978 was capped 29 times recording 166 points. Having played club rugby with both Welsh club Felinfoel RFC and Llanelli RFC, together with playing from the British Lions between 1974 to 1977 with 8 caps recording 44 points. H also played with the Barbarians on 20 occasions.
