Sir Frederick Wall's Football Association Official's badge for the Wales v England international played at the Racecourse Ground, Wrexham, 11th March 1912, obverse inscribed ENGLAND V WALES 1912 with red and blue enamel shields, brooch pin back, 40 by 28mm. England defeated Wales 2-0. Lots 1 to 11 Sir Frederick Wall Collection Sir Frederick Joseph Wall (1858-1944) became Secretary of the Football Association in 1895 and held the position until his retirement in 1934, at which point he took a Directorship at Arsenal FC until 1938. He was knighted in the 1930 New Year Honours.
