RAF Inter-service representative sporting cap awarded to Fred Trueman of Yorkshire and England, navy wool cap embroidered with the RAF crest of an eagle and crown, interior bears makers label and inscribed in black ink F S TRUEMAN, excellent condition with little wear Frederick Sewards Trueman an English cricketer who played for Yorkshire County and England took his national service in the RAF during 1951 until he was demobilised at the end of the 1953 season. He made his Test debut for England v India in 1952 and played in the 1953 Ashes series v Australia.
