Two b&w photographs of Cambridge University cricketers Frank Mitchell and Walter Druce, circa 1890s, each holding a cricket bat at the wicket in front of the pavilion, both mounted above hand written titles in black ink, glazed and framed, overall 44 by 63cm. Frank Mitchell captained South Africa at cricket as well as representing England at rugby and played in some Cambridge University XI. Walter George Druce played for Cambridge University, MCC and other other teams as a gentleman player.
