Alf Arrowsmith's Football Association Charity Shield plaque for Liverpool v West Ham United, played at Anfield, 15th August 1964, the silver roundel with three lion shield in relief and FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION CHARITY SHIELD, upon an octagonal plaque bearing LIVERPOOL V WEST HAM UNITED AT ANFIELD ROAD, LIVERPOOL 15TH AUGUST 1964, hallmarked silver London 1960 by H Phillips, 13.5 by 13cm., sold with Alf Arrowsmith signed match programme, signed in blue ink on front cover, (2) This fixture resulted in a 2-2 draw with Alf Arrownsmith badly injured in the 1th minute and replaced by Phil Chisnall.
