England v Wales football representative cap 1969-70 awarded to Francis H Lee, blue velvet cap with silvered tassel and braiding, with embroidered England three lion emblem and embroidered WALES 1969-70, the interior with name label bearing FH LEE in blue ink, bears slight scuffing Francis H Lee played in both fixtures v Wales, the first played at Wembley Stadium on 7th May 1969, scoring the second England goal, result to England 2-1 and the second at Ninian Park, Cardiff on 18th April 1970, scoring England's only goal, resulting in a 1-1 draw. Francis H Lee played for England during 1968 to 1972 making 27 appearances, scoring 10 goals.
