Large silver trophy cup Middlesex Boys’ Doubles trophy cup with Fred Perry listed as a winner, presented by The Gypsy Lawn Tennis Club, a large and much respected Tennis Club in South London, in 1938. It lists all the previous winners from 1924 to 1938. F.J. Perry was not always a world beater but in 1926 along with H. Melhuish he was victorious and just a few years later would become Wimbledon Champion, fully hallmarked for London 1937 15 by 22cm., 560gms.
