Southern Football League Division Two championship medal awarded to George Hancock of Reading FC in season 1910-11, 9ct rose gold shield shaped medal with red enamel, fully inscribed obverse and reverse, damage to enamel, weight 11gms.; sold with a Prominent Footballers card portraying Hancock, (2) Reading and Stoke finished equal on 35 points and were both promoted to Division One. Reading were crowned champions, finishing with a better goal ratio.
