Charity Shield winner's plaque awarded to Nottingham Forest's Steve Elliott, being a miniature replica of the competition trophy, hallmarked silver on an octagonal bakelite backboard, easel support, inscribe IPSWICH TOWN V NOTTS FOREST WEMBLEY 12TH AUGUST 1978, FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION CHARITY SHIELD, 13 by 13cm, good condition; sold with match day souvenir programme, (2) Nottingham Forest defeated Ipswich Town 5-0. Steve Elliott was a substitute.
