A trophy presented to Pelé on September 15, 1974. The trophy is composed of a bronze, winged allegory holding aloft a wreath, mounted on a square of white marble elevated by four brass tone columns surrounding a vertical spray of laurel with an attached medallion showing a football player, all mounted on a black marble base with a silver tone plaque engraved "Ao Pelé homenagem da torcida uniformizada do S.P.F.C. - 15.9.74" [To Pelé, a tribute from the fans of the São Paulo Futebol Club - September 15, 1974]. On that date, Pelé's Santos FC team played a Campeonato Paulista match against São Paulo FC, with the teams playing to a 1-1 draw, 13 3/4 by 3 1/2 by 3 1/2in.
