A framed resolution certificate presented to Pelé by the council of the Jamaican, Kingston & St. Andrews Corporation, bestowing on Pelé the keys to the city of Kingston. Hand signed by the mayor and dated January 25, 1971. The certificate is hand drawn and hand colored and is signed by Jamaican arts icon Eric Coverley. Pelé's Santos FC team was in Jamaica to compete in the Triangular Tournament of Kingston, which featured a team of Jamaican All-Star players taking on Santos and Chelsea FC of England.
