A proclamation presented to Pelé in 1979 by then Minnesota Governor Albert H. Quie, marking August 29, 1979, as "Special Olympics/Pelé Day." The paper proclamation is signed in black ink by the governor and features an affixed gold coloured "Seal of the State of Minnesota." Framed.22 3/4 by 16 7/8 inches.
