Lawn Tennis rare Hazell Streamline racquet, circa 1940s, wooden with original nylon strings, leather grip, bearing applied labels, 66 by 21.5cm. / 26 by 8.5in. Condition is good with minor wear, minor losses to applied labels. This is the rarest of all the Hazell Streamline models, this is the Ladies or Junior model which is smaller and lighter than the usual model. Nylon was developed in the 1930s.
