Sir AP McCoy Collection: Grand National Win signed by Sir A.P. McCoy, No.2 of 5, original screen print, 75 by 105cm paper size, mounted and framed, with COA Aintree 2010 saw the great Sir AP McCoy saddle up on Don’t Push It, where on his 15th attempt, he finally won the biggest race of them all, the Grand National. The artwork features the famous green and yellow stripes of owner JP McManus and colours Sir AP rode to victory in. Sir AP McCoy is the most successful jump jockey to have ever graced the sport. He achieved everything there is in the sport, owning many records from most victories to most Champion Jockey titles, and winning the largest and most celebrated races from the Gold Cup to the Grand National. He has now created, in partnership with Icons Art a series of 5 unique artworks celebrating his great career. Produced in the studio by Sir AP himself, the paints used to create the originals were infused with the DNA of Cheltenham and Aintree, the turf from both racecourses and needles from the hedge rows of Aintree. Provenance: Icon Arts - Sir A.P. McCoy Collection
