Bradford Park Avenue autographed menu card, 1913-1914 to celebrate Division 2 runners-up, 25th April 1914 at Midland Hotel, Bradford, the centre pages bearing numerous autographs including Donald Bell Donald Bell played four games for Bradford, but at outbreak of WWI he asked to be releases to serve. Rising to rank of lieutenant, in 1916 he received the VC for conspicuous bravery on the Somme before being killed later that year.
