Longed-nosed scared-head putter by Robert Simpson of Carnoustie the head stamped R. Simpson, with ram's horn insert, hickory shaft and suede grip, head 4 x 2in, shaft 36in. Provenance: The Royal Montrose Mercantile Golf Club, being sold on behalf of the club to raise funds for club house refurbishment, Lot 1 to Lot 22
