Carlos Alberto blue No.5 Cosmos short-sleeved shirt, circa 1982, Ellesse with v-neck collar and embroidered cloth badge inscribed COSMOS, the reverse lettered C. ALBERTO with letter of authenticity

Provenance: The shirt was obtained by former NASL player Drew Ferguson from the Cosmos equipment room at the Giants Stadium. The shirt comes with a signed letter of authenticity from Bradley Foote who purchased the shirt from Ferguson.
