white lettering applied both sides on a black ground, 1, ALTIOR, BETWAY.
This was Altior's second win in the Queen Mother Champion Chase and the last of his four consecutive victories at the Cheltenham Festival. The gelding was owned by Mrs Patricia Pugh, trained by Nicky Henderson and ridden by Nico De Boinville and won 21 of his 24 career races.
