A rare 12" White label promo copy of Silvaquest Vol 5, I Will Survive, Wideboys and Johnny Blaze mixes, Union Jack Records 1999, black writing on label lettered I WILL SURVIVE, SILVAQUEST WIDE BOY MIXES, the reverse lettered JOHNNY BLAZE MIX, in original plain white card dye cut sleeve with label feedback sheet, in unplayed condition.
