A rare yellow Sheffield United short sleeved away shirt, 1991-1993, Umbro official sample, V neck collar with embroidered club badge with manufacturer sample label.
This is the earliest known example of the final yellow away shirt chosen for seasons 1991 to 1993 and was presented to then Club Commercial Manager Andy Daykin for official approval from the Board of Directors, which it received with subtle changes from this prototype to the one which finally appeared on the backs of the players and for sale through Club retail outlets.
