An exceptional Carson / Tamiya West McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 1:10 scale radio-controlled model, produced in Germany circa 2001 as part of the Tamiya R/C Line 2000 “Step-In Drive-Out” High-Tech Series, finished in authentic 2000–2001 Mika Häkkinen championship livery.
This is a rare, collector’s item, in never-used condition, complete with the following:
- Original Carson box.
- Certificate of authenticity from an authorised Carson Dealer.
- Original remote controller in perfect working order.
- Brand-new Carson battery pack installed.
- Original battery charger.
- Marlboro brand-new carry bag for safe storage and transportation.
The model has only been function-tested under authorised Carson supervision. The livery on the model features full period sponsorship including West, Mobil 1, Loctite, Schüco, Warsteiner, Mercedes-Benz, Schweppes, and Computer Associates.
