This is a full set of McLaren F1 road car badges commissioned by McLaren Cars for the Deluxe / owners edition of the 'Driving Ambition' publication. Mounted in box frames with carbon effect background, this set came from the private collection of Barry Letts, a senior figure in the McLaren F1 project and as such the GTR 'chassis plate’ is un-numbered.
The first framed display represents McLaren's track record dating from 1964 - 1998. This frame measures 25cm length x 25cm width.
The second framed plaque showcases the McLaren F1 V12. This frame measures 12cm length x 12cm width.
