Sammy Lee red, white and blue No.4 England v. West Germany Under 21 Final match worn short-sleeved shirt, 1982, Admiral, 38/40", with v-neck collar and embroidered cloth badge inscribed INTERMEDIATE

The above shirt was worn by England Captain Sammy Lee in the Under 21, 2nd leg final, against West Germany played on 12th October 1982 in Bremen, West German defeated England 3-2, however, England winning the match 5-4 on aggregate, first-ever win for England.
