Pelé fan tribute trophy for the Santos FC v. Prudentina match 31st October 1965, a small silver tone (oxidized) trophy cup given to Pelé by a fan, inscribed "To King Pelé/Remembrance from a fan/Marlene Oliviera F Trudente/31-10-65.", 7.5 by 10cm.

On this day, Santos FC defeated Prudentina 5-2. Pelé scored 5 goals in the match.
