The Board is made up of members from FIFA and the United Kingdom's four pioneering Football Associations of England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. The Board meets twice a year to discuss any possible changes to the laws of the game. The first meeting took place at the FA's office at Holborn Viaduct in London on 2nd June 1886. Fifa's representation on the IFAB began in 1913. By 1958 the voting system was amended as to give FIFA 4 votes, and each UK F.A. one vote - with six votes required to carry any motion.
