A profusely signed 1930s cricket bat, signed in ink to the face and the reverse, two England teams but the test sides of Australia, India & New Zealand, plus the county teams for Warwickshire, Nottinghamshire, Surrey, Yorkshire, Middlesex, Sussex, Northamptonshire, Lancashire, Somerset & Worcestershire, varying degrees of legibility from very good to poor, generally the signatures to the reverse are better preserved; sold with press cuttings relating to the purchase of the bat at a charity auction, and notes prepared by the vendor identifying signatures on the bat (2)
