A Cambuslang Football Club cap awarded to their Scottish international James Low, dark blue cap, inscribed C.F.C. Cambuslang FC were one of the founding member clubs of the Scottish Football League in 1890, but left after just two seasons. Earlier they were runners-up in the 1888 Scottish Cup Final and won the inaugural Glasgow Cup in the same year. They were eventually dissolved in 1897, 23 years after their foundation.
