The Ciudad de Marbella Trophy, made in Cordoba, a silver-plated trophy awarded to Liverpool Football Club for coming 2nd in the pre-season mini tournament played in Marbella 13-15 August 1982, other competing teams comprising CD Malaga, Real Betis, Albacete Balompie & Bayer 04, mounted on a hexagonal wooden plinth, the trophy surmounted by a figurine of a young woman water skiing, plaque reading TROFEO, CUIDAD DE MARBELLA, SUB-CAMPEON< 13-14-15 AGOSTO 1982, 55 by 27cm., fair, slight damage to wooden base, needs cleaning; sold with a certificate of authenticity issued by Liverpool Football Club
