Collection of memorabilia relating to the British tennis champion Fred Perry,including a number of signed presentations each featuring a Perry-signed 1984 postal cover commemorating the 50th anniversary of his 1934 Wimbledon men's singles title, mounted above a variety of items including photographs, magazine adverts etc., mostly framed; also six Royal Mint commemorative medallions, dated 1984, commemorating the British tennis player Fred Perry wining the Wimbledon Grand Slam Singles Title in 1934, 1935 & 1936, each mounted in a green fitted box, diameter: 4.4 cm.; plus a Slazenger Fred Perry/Dan Maskell training racquet mid 20th century, the frame printed with coaching instructions for handling and stroke play; the lot also including a Slazenger Demon racquet; a pear-shaped mahogany racquet press, leather strap broken, containing a later dated Double-Main wooden racquet; also six wooden screw frame presses; and a vintage canvas racquet cover (a qty.)
