Tennis umpire's silver tape measure, Wimbledon Championships 1914, circular spring-loaded pull-out tape measure, engraved THE LAWN TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS UMPIRING 1914, by Sampson Mordan & Co. Ltd., Chester 1913, diameter 4.5cm., depth 1cm., 51gr., good condition appropriate to age, wear to the exterior of case and engraving. The tape itself is damaged at 2cm, it is separated from the rest of the tape which is inside the case, possibly repairable, case bearing surface scratches.
