Football League representative medal award to Harry Johnson junior of Sheffield United for the match v the Irish League played at St James' Park, Newcastle, 21st September 1927, in 9ct. gold (19gr.), inscribed THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE, ENGLAND v IRELAND, ST. JAMES PARK, , NEWCASTLE ON TYNE, SEPT. 21st. 1927, HARRY JOHNSON, in original fitted case Harry Johnson scored a hat-trick in this match but was trumped by Dixie Dean who scored four during the Football League's 9-1 rout of the Irish Football League.
