Football League representative badge v Scottish League, played at Celtic Park, Glasgow, 27th February 1909, bearing a name stamp for the important early football administrator William McGregor, silk shield shaped gilt wirework embroidered with THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE SCOTTISH MATCH 1909, embroidered with thistle motif, paper back with pin clasp bearing W McGREGOR ink stamp, 5.5 by 4.5cm. Scottish League defeated Football League 3-1, with goals by Jimmy Quinn (2) and Harold McDonald Paul for SL and Vivian Woodward for FL.
