Rare white Newport County no.5 away jersey which was used by the club in their very last football conference match at Maidstone on 11th February 1989, Spall, long-sleeved with embroidered club crest and NEWPORT COUNTY FOOTBALL CLUB THE IRONSIDES, South Wales Argus sponsor logo to front, reverse numbered 5, size LM, when there was a colour clash with their opponents, listed in the programme as colours white jersey, white shorts and socks, bears slight wear The no.5 jersey was worn by Chris Banks in the match. Provenance: the jersey was obtained when Newport sold off any items of value at liquidation.
