Lord Rosebery racehorse owner and breeder, three family photograph albums, circa 1950-60s, relating to Mentmore and Crafton Studs b & w photographs, some racing photos and family events, holidays, school days, sailing and sporting events, all stuck down on album pages, some postcards and duplicates, each album and some photographs bearing some wear, (3). Harry Primrose, Sixth Earl of Rosebery, was a notable racehorse owner. He won the Derby with Blue Peter in 1939 and Ocean Swell in 1944, also winning most other classic British flat races with his horses bred at both his Mentmore and Crafton studs.
