Sir Peter O'Sullven's ante-post betting voucher with William Hill placed on 16th April 1967 that Sir Ivor would win The Derby, stakes of £120 to win £1,500 (12 1/2 to 1), although price stated as 12-1 Sir Peter O'Sullevan placed this winning ante-post bet after Sir Ivor won the Gran Criterium at Longchamp as a two-year-old in October 1967. Having won the 2,000 Guineas Trial at Ascot and the Guineas itself in the spring, Sir Ivor's SP at Epsom in 1968 was 4 to 5 favourite!
