It sits on a black plastic base with a plaque that reads "Honna ao Menitó/ Ao Rei Pelé/ Homenagem Especial/ da Rádio Educadora e Sapataria/ Topular de Cronto/ 10/10/71" [Man of the Minute/ To King Pelé/ Special Tribute from Radio Educadora and Sapataria/ Popular [Cronto]/ 10/10/71], on this day, Pelé's Santos FC team played a match against Ceará Sporting Club, ending in a 0-0 draw, 21.5 by 12.5cm.
