Red and White Diamond Sheffield United short sleeved home shirt 1995/96, Avec official early sample, crew neck collar, printed club badge with original sample identification label stitched into the garment seam.
This was the final design sample submitted to then Club Commercial Manager Andy Daykin for Club approval for a radical change in design for what would prove the end of the Dave Bassett era, and one that was rejected after a short spell of use by his replacement, Howard Kendall, who reverted Sheffield United back to their customary red and white stripes with the same manufacturer.
