A very rare white Manningham FC long-sleeved rugby league shirt, c.1900, by Joe Nicholl & J.T. Brown (Yorks County & all England elevens) Halifax, with button-up collar and embroidered cloth badge, staining and discolouration, with top and third button missing
Manningham FC, 1880, were a founding member of the rugby league Northern Union in 1895, converting to association football and winning election into the Football League in 1903 as Bradford City AFC
The shirt was gained in as a swap by Herbert Butler after the match against Manningham
