Frank Sinclair 9ct gold and enamel Chelsea v. Middlesbrough League Cup Final Winners medal, 1998, the obverse inscribed THE COCA-COLA CUP, the reverse inscribed WINNERS 1998, in original fitted case

In the League Cup final played on 29th March 1998 at Wembley, Chelsea defeated Middlesbrough 2-0 after extra -time with Sinclair opening the scoring on 95th minute
