In the 1970 F.A.Cup Final played on 11th April 1970 at Wembley, the teams drew the match 2-2 and in the replay played on 29th April 1970 at Old Trafford, Leeds United defeated Chelsea 2-1 after extra-time, the shirt was gifted to Terry Hibbitt, Eddie Gray's team mate who was not picked for the final matches
