Warwick 2nd April 2002, beating Sir Gordon Richards record of 269 winners in a season on ‘Valfonic’, his eventual tally reaching 289; Uttoxeter 27th August 2002, his win on Mighty Montefalco surpassing Richard Dunwoody's as the winning-most National Hunt jockey; and Towcester 7th November 2013, riding his 4,000th winner on Mountain Tunes, the first two signed to the front cover, the Towcester signed over the race entry and additionally signed by Mountain Tunes' owner and trainer J P McManus and Jonjo O'Neill
