1993 Carlisle Silver Bell Horse Racing Trophy,
in the form of a replica of the famous horse racing trophy dated 1559 including the bell's inscription THE SWIFTS HORSE THES BEL TO TAK FOR MI LADE DAKER SAKE, the bell in silver gilt hallmarked J. B. Chatterley & Sons Ltd., Birmingham, 1989, the bell hung on a wooden stand, set with a brass band inscribed THE TENNANTS LAGER CARLISLE BELL 1993, height 27cm.
The race was run at Carlisle 23rd June 1993. It was won by Queen Warrior, owned by Christopher Spence, trained at Lambourn by Peter Walwyn and ridden by 7lb. claimer Danny Wright.
