9ct gold Leeds United Division 1 League Championship winners medal, 1969, the obverse inscribed THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE, CHAMPIONS DIVISON 1, the reverse inscribed SEASON 1968-69

Under the managerial guidance of Don Revie, Leeds United won their first-ever Division 1 Championship this season losing only two league matches. They won the championship with 67 points, Liverpool being runners-up on 61 points.
