Ian Botham -  silver medal, the obverse inscribed The Prudential Trophy, England v West Indies 1976, the medal formed a cricket ball was presented to Botham for the one day international series, in original fitted case

Botham made his debut for England in one day internationals in the match v West Indies at Scarborough, 26th August 1976, . West Indies won by six wickets, Botham scoring 1 and taking 1/26 off three overs, he returned for the third and final match of the series at Edgbaston taking 1/31 off three overs and scoring 20. West Indies won by 50 runs and won the series 3-0
