A rare bound volume VII of The Illustrated Sporting & Dramatic News, March 24 - Sept 15, 1877 featuring the only known sketch showing an image of the very first Wimbledon Championships by Victorian freelance artist Horace William Petherick, containing a short report of the event and a tremendous record of all the social events of that year including the boat race and the Grand National etc, with an edition of The Birth of Lawn Tennis, Everitt Hillway 2nd edition 2024, also with a limited, large paper edition No.10 of 250 of Tennis, Lawn Tennis, Rackets, Fives (Heathcote 1890), Forty Years of First Class Lawn Tennis (Hillyard 1924), The Tennis Players Todd 1979 - Library Copy and a framed and glazed hand-coloured print of the All Comer’s match between Lawford and Renshaw in 1887
