Olympic Memorabilia

Olympic Memorabilia | Ancient & Modern Olympics

The Olympic Games have been the world’s greatest sporting stage since their revival in Athens in 1896.

Every four years, the Summer and Winter Olympics bring together athletes, nations and defining moments - producing some of the most recognisable medals, torches and artefacts in sport.

BUDDS is a leading auction house for Olympic memorabilia, trusted to handle items spanning more than a century of competition.

Our sales have featured Sydney 2000 Olympics memorabilia alongside pieces from landmark Games including the 1936 Berlin Olympics, the 1956 Melbourne Olympics, the 1972 Munich Olympics and the 1996 Atlanta Olympics and beyond.

“Because the Olympics is about achievement and excellence - but more than anything, it is about awe. It’s all so incredible, and you can’t help but feel grateful to get to see it and feel like you’re part of it. And then do it again in four years.”

- Will Leitch, Intelligencer
