With a career spanning three decades, Pardip has substantial expertise in both the investment and business world. She has generated gains in excess of £500m in public equity and private equity during her career.
Pardip worked as a Fund Manager at Gresham House Plc and at LDC Private Equity. Prior to this she worked as a Director at Lloyds Banking Group developing strategies to preserve and build shareholder value for a portfolio of distressed companies valued at £180bn. Pardip qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG.
Having worked with a range of companies, from start-ups to PLCs, Pardip has developed an insightful perspective of what makes businesses thrive. She is truly passionate about building strong relationships with management teams and supporting them to build great businesses.
Pardip sits on several Boards as a Non-Executive Director, Advisory Board Member and Trustee.
