George Webb's England cap for the Amateur International v Denmark 21st October 1911 at Park Royal, rose velvet cap embroidered with English rose emblem and lettered E v D 1911-12, colour faded, wear to velvet above and below rose emblem, minor wear to interior England beat Denmark 3-0.George William Webb (1888-1915) spent most of his career playing at centre-forward for West Ham United in the Southern League as well as making seven appearances for the England national amateur team and two for the full national side. His only international goal was scored on his debut in the Home Championship match against Wales at The Den in March 1911.
