Silver-mounted glass claret jug horse racing trophy won by “Rector” in 1897,
hallmarked Horace Woodward & Co. Ltd., London, 1896, the decoration featuring masks of Bacchus and his wife Ariadne amongst grape vines, the hinged lid with a lion holding a shield inscribed “RECTOR”, 1897, height 28cm.
